(Just for the record those feet up there are Deb's.. she has hidden talents)Well spring has finally arrived!! The weather couldn't have been nicer. In celebration of the beginning of sandal season what better way to start it off then having a pedicure!
Especially a pedicure that your friends gave you a year ago for your birthday and you won't have to pay for. Debbie (Dru) thought of the idea and arrived Saturday afternoon just in time for our 3:30 appointment.

Just when I thought I really needed to win a lottery to get out of my job, I find another job more deserving of the win. Can you imagine being the one who has to squat and take perfect strangers feet and shave all the dead ugly skin off of them. I'm talking about feet that have spent the whole winter cramped in sweaty socks jammed into fake leather shoes!
The only saving grace of the whole matter for that poor girl is that they have designed a chair with a foot bath at the bottom of it that your made to soak in.
Did I mention Deb has very ticklish feet? She sat and giggled the whole time.
I however tried to carry on a conversation with an Asian girl who clearly squinted when another missile of dead skin shot across the room.
After all her efforts my feet were soft and crust free. I promised myself I would take better care of them and get a pedicure on a regular basis.
Now because my pedicure was free it was only natural for them to try to sell me on something else.
Oh Mrs you want eyebrows done?
With a moment thought I readily agreed. It was only seven dollars and why not have pretty eyebrows.
What she failed to tell me was that she was going to pour hot wax on them and then pat them down nicely with little pieces of paper only to rip the shit out of my eye and pull it all off in one quick jerk!
That Asian girl sure must of been smiling. I'm not sure if she was or not because the tears in my eyes blocked any view I had, and if she was smiling I can bet the seven dollars it was only because she was whispering under her breath, "Paybacks are a Bitch!"

Oh ya I forgot to mention Deb cut the leaves off my adored Penis plant and has taken the bulb home to plant. With any luck we will have penises growing out of the ground soon!

The redness of your brows makes me cringe, I go and have it done when I get around to it, only here it is 15.00.

Are those red lumpy things where your eyebrows are supposed to be? I can picture you in the morning having to take extra time to pencil in some features. lol
